When they begin to accept the fact that Filipinos can run their cars on water and alcohol. But they won't as yet because Americans own the biggest oil dealers in the world. Essex, Caltex, Shell, etc. That's a lot of money for profit. But i gues they will.
We should have done that over 30 yrs ago. The only time that is going to happen is if mandatory gas rationing is imposed and we have rolling blackouts in large cities.
When the supply of oil is 100% depleted and there is no other option.
