Recently shifted ot dubai, facing bad hair fall problem. Any advice how to stop it and which hair oil to use?

to avoid bad hair fall... actually, everyone shoudl have some hair fallin which means the hair is totally spoilt or damage... but if it's a lot then that should be caused by pressure and u r just thinking 2 much... even helath is very important s that ensure your blood circulation to reach to ur head... so, 2 me, it's best that u try having a balance food and drink lots of water... also, have enough rest... don't keep worrying so much...Recently shifted ot dubai, facing bad hair fall problem. Any advice how to stop it and which hair oil to use?
avoid soaps , shampoo 2 a week ..


and apply mustard oil , almond oil and coconut 2 or trice a week at night and keep it for whole night wear a bathing bag ..


and take a bath in morning and shampoo .. at that time ..
