If you are having your engine serviced at an aftermarket oil change place, the filter kit doesn't usually come with a new Oring for the filter cartridge cap. The Hyundai filter kit (part #26320-3C100) comes with the Orings you need to replace to prevent oil leaks. I can't tell you how many customers come in for this problem. If you do not take your car to the dealer for service, that's OK, just make sure the oil changer is replacing these O rings.HYUNDAI AZERA ...Loveee this car...but I have been putting some miles on it..stop to check the oil and notice?
Tighten you oil filter
Probably a gasket leak. No big deal to leave it (unless it is marking its territory everywhere you go).

Hyundai does have awesome warranty. Who would have thought 20 years ago...
Why are you asking about that here? just take it to the nearest Hyundai dealer, you have an awesome warranty.
Bad gasket some where. Its not a big deal to leave it but make sure you add oil to it when it gets low. Your going to end up spending a lot of money on oil though and the leak will probably just get worse. my advice take it to a mechanic and have it fixed.
If it looks like oil and smells like oil, it probably is oil.

Take it to a Hyundai dealer.....they can tall you more.
