Nivea Young do a really good moisturiser that mattifies the skin so if you use that before applying your make up it really helps. I also love Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, works really well and is fairly cheap.
yes. i use maybelline fresh matte, it's a compact powder foundation. I've used it for years. It gives good coverage, you don't need to use foundation with it.
I personally like Stila pressed powder. I also suggest you try blotting paper, you can blot throughout the day and just press lightly over your face if you have applied makeup without worrying about smudging. check out sephora

alot of brands make it, its made from natural ingrediants and does oil up the skin its just a powder but has enough coverage to be a fondation :)
