not if it locked up ,not without tearing it down and rebuilding it,most likely the main bearings have locked the crank shaft up in it,it probably can be saved but its going to cost some money to save the engine,and may be cheaper to replace it,good luck.Oil leak out of engine, engine stop can you ever get engine to turn over again?
Usually you have to use a prybar to turn the engine as you remove the torque converter bolts. Once all the torque converter bolts are out, you should never have to turn it over again; just remove the old engine and return it as a core.
you can if you drop the oil pan and loosen all the bearings including the main bearings then take a breaker bar to the crank bolt and turn the engine over.
sometimes if one pour oil down into spark plug holes it might start again but most of time its a goner
if it stopped due to no oil, then you need to rebuild if possible or replce.
