I ahve alot of oil on my face untill my hormones get all settled how can i stop the oil?

Well you may have oily skin all your life. Just know my mom has oily skin, (she is 55) and doesn't have any wrinkles, and when she tells someone how old she is, they don't believe her.

Apply an oil-free skin cleanser twice a day.
I dont think you can stop the oils but the best thing to do is NOT to add more makeup! Use the rice paper abosbing sheets (at sallys beauty supply) or go to Walmart, or Traget and get the oil blotting sheets.
buy those oil absorbing sheets at your local drug store


they fit easily in a pocket or purse and work wonders
Color them Red and put red hair
Try witch hazel - only use it on the oily parts though as it dries your skin out.

Hi Nicole, actually no matter what you do it wont go away. The fact is the more u clean the oil the more your body will produce. I have found one thing that within a few days made my skin go from actually slimy to being almost dry. Since I dont know u are ur life I cant say if its a possible for you but there is a birth control pill names ginnette 35, It contains an anti androgen that is absolutely a miricle when it come s to acne and oily skin. also u can go to the dermatioligist and request a prescription of one of severla drugs that do the same thing.

Anyways, there's lots of face washes you can buy. And also there's these paper things that you put against your skin and they absorb the oil. Hope that helps!

this sounds odd but i use Milk of Magnesia monthly and it stops the oil. You can use it daily if your face is super oily. Best thing you can use it as a primer under your make-up.
